He is survived by his wife, of 58 years, Patricia (Rahn) Wyman, Son, Richard John Wyman, Jr. (Alma), Las Cruces, N.M., sisters, Barbara Smith, Silver City, New Mexico, and Elizabeth Sapp (Joel) of Rome, Wis. He was preceded in death by brother, Thomas Wyman.
Richard was born May 8, 1935, in Madison, Wis. to Cleo and John Wyman. For a short time he lived in Tomah, Tunnel City, and Anitgo Wis. He attended St Peter and Paul Grade School and graduated from Wis Rapids High School in 1953. Right after Richard joined the army where he spent time in Germany.
Richard attended St Mary's School of X-Ray Technology, 1957-1959. He married in 1959, worked in X-Ray in West Bend and Milwaukee, Wis while attending the University of Wis. 1960-1965, attaining a Bachelor of Science in Geography. He worked for Continental Insurance Company in Milwaukee and Phoenix, AZ. His ls last job was with Tally Defense, taking and reading films of rocket parts used in aircraft ejection seats.
A funeral is scheduled for October 17 at 10:30 at Our Saviors Lutheran Church, Gold Canyon, AZ with burial to follow in the columbarium on church property. Luncheon to follow.
