Hodges, Randy Scott, age 59 of Huber Heights, passed away surrounded by his family on October 18, 2018. Randy was born in Del Rio, TX on July 17, 1959 to the late Robert Mason and Nancy Jane Hodges. He graduated from Tecumseh High School in 1977. Randy went on to enlist in the United States Air Force in 1981. He honorably and faithfully served his country until his retirement in 2015. During his service, Randy was deployed overseas for Operation Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

In Randy's free time, he enjoyed fishing, cooking, and enjoying quality time with his friends and loved ones. He took great pride in his family. Randy was a loving, caring, and compassionate husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his sister, Nikki Jane Hodges; and brother, Robert Mason Hodges, II.

Randy leaves to cherish his memory, loving wife of 25 years, Elizabeth S. Hodges; children, Shauna (Jason) Tener, Katlyn Hodges, and Mason Hodges; grandsons, Caleb and Aiden; granddaughter, Emma; brother, Larry Hodges; nephew, Ron (Tammy) Hodges; nieces, Melissa (Terry) Albert and Shellie Hodges; and many other loving relatives and dear friends.

A service to honor Randy's life will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 7pm at Newcomer North Chapel. Family will greet friends and loved ones for 3 hours prior (4pm-7pm). Air Force Honors to be rendered during the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Randy's honor to the American Cancer Society.
