She graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1949. Helen was a crossing guard at 11th and Tilghman St. for many years. She worked at Western Electric for 20 years until her retirement. Helen was a member of Our Lady Help of Christians Church in Allentown. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a big fan of Elvis Presley, Tom Jones and Engelbert Humperdink. Helen was also a huge Rolling Stones fan and saw them many times in concert. In her later years she enjoyed watching the New York Yankees on TV.
Survivors: Brother: Louis and his wife Darla of Topton. Sons: Joseph III of Allentown, Timothy and his wife Wendy of Coplay. Daughter, Lisa of Allentown. Grandchildren: David, Douglas, Daniel, Michael, Tyler and Theresa. Great grandchildren: Richard and Joseph.
Services are private at the convenience of the family. Arrangement have been entrusted to the O'Donnell Funeral Home, Allentown.
