One of only two women buried in the Confederate section of the cemetery.

Nancy G. Hall first married George W. Gray and their child was mentioned in the Provost Marshall's papers after judgement. George disappears.
She 2nd married Thomas Vaughn, son of (old) Mary Vaughn. Thomas had been murdered in 1862, the beginning of the wartime.

After Nancy's death, her mother-in-law took advantage of Nancy's "immunity" to testify against her as an aid to the guerrillas.
