Anna (Scoda) Joyce, 81, of Duryea, died December 31, 2006 at Highland Manor Nursing Facility, Exeter, born in Duryea May 10, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Mary (Matusek) Scoda. She was a member of St. Mary's Polish National Church, Duryea, and a graduate of Duryea High School. She retired from Owens Illinois, Pittston, Pa.
Anna is survived by her son, daughter, two sisters, brother, two granddaughters, one grandson, two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husbands, Vincent Vihroski and George Joyce, brothers Leo, Joseph and William Scoda, and her sister, Dorothy Walker.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday morning at 10:00 AM at St. Mary's Polish National Church, Duryea. Interment will be held at the Parrish Cemetary, Duryea.
