Born in Central Falls, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Jeannette (Desrosiers) Corneau.
She was also the daughter-in-law of the late James and Barbara Scott.
She was the Manager of Data Processing at Paul Arpin Van Lines, where she had worked for 40 years. Her interests included reading, doing ceramics, spending time with her family, and loved everything to do with Christmas.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her son, Christopher Scott; siblings, Celine Giglio, Donald Corneau, Richard Corneau and Rene Corneau and his wife Donna. She was also the aunt of Kate and Sarah Corneau.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Tuesday, October 23rd at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 65 Third St., East Greenwich. Burial was in St. Patrick Cemetery, East Greenwich.
Flowers are accepted, as well as donations to Hope Hospice & Palliative Care of RI.
