CJ enjoyed sports but especially basketball and wrestling. He loved to listen to music and his favorites were Old School R&B, Hip –Hop and Rap. Carl was an “old soul” and I’m sure everyone will agree that he was very protective of those he loved. He was the life of the party among family and friends. He could put a smile on anyone’s face with his sense of humour. He was also a natural born leader. He will truly be missed.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Charlene Sanders (co-parent Selena Melvin); father, Carl V. Bragg, Jr.; three brothers, Maurice Sanders, Montiece Sanders and Carl'Von Bragg all of Kalamazoo, MI; three sisters, Teeoncey Sanders of East Lansing, MI; Keyanna Woods and Carlie Moore both of Kalamazoo, MI; grandparents, Barbara Sanders of Chicago; Sally and William Bradshaw of Kalamazoo, MI; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
