Virginia "Ginny" (Turnbo) Garner Thackery, 91, died on October 14, 2018 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Irvine Turnbo and Ethel Inez (Parrish) Turnbo; brother, James Turnbo; sister, Katherine Edwaards; and second husband, Roger Thackery; and first husband, J.P. Garner. She is survived by three children, ten grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. Funeral: 2:00 p.m. October 17, 2018 at Anniston Memorial Funeral Home.
