He was born June 15, 1930 in Island Park, New York.
After 35 years, John retired as an Executive from Xerox. In his spare time he enjoyed race horses, fishing, and spending time at his beloved cabin in Boulder Junction, Wisconsin.
John is survived by his children, Leslie (Steve) Avery and John (Jill) Talbot; and his grandchildren, Kevin, Kyle, John “JP” and Megan.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Charles, Caroline, Helen and Jill.
A memorial for John will be held at a future date.
