JOEL A. WRIGHT Joel A. Wright, age 80, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2018. Joel was born in Healdsburg California, in 1938, the son of Walter and Josephine Wright. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Harlene; 2 children, Steve Wright and Sandy Houtman; 4 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. He graduated from Healdsburg High School in 1956 before enlisting in the US Navy. After honorable discharge he returned home to the ranch and farmed in Sonoma County and Glenn County. He was an avid golfer, cook, animal lover, and a man of many hats! Donations can be made to Healdsburg Animal Shelter, 14242 Bacchus Landing Way, Healdsburg, CA 95448. 707-431-3386
