Born Feb. 1, 1920, in Orange, NJ, Regina was the daughter of the late John J. and Mary A. (Coggins) Gmeiner.
She was a loving homemaker and enjoyed sewing, needlepoint, crocheting and cooking, sharing her handiwork with those she loved. Her loving husband of 70 years, Walter, died in 2013. She was a 1938 graduate of Orange High School.
After graduating, Regina worked for Prudential in Newark, NJ. She was also employed at the Coach and Paddock and Falks Department Store.
Regina is survived by a son, Walter D. Robinson of Foley, AL; three daughters, Patricia Apgar and husband, Dale, of Holland Township, Mary Lea Beal and husband, Richard, of Bloomsburg, PA, and Regina Tomer and husband, Eugene, of Holland Township; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers, Jack and Donald Gmeiner, and sister, Barbara Cartier.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Oct. 19, 2018, at 11 a.m., in Doyle-Devlin Funeral Home, Inc., 695 Corliss Ave., Phillipsburg, NJ, with a calling hour from 10 a.m. to time of service. Interment will be in Bloomsbury Cemetery.
