Christopher Watson, 60, of Brookfield, died at Danbury Hospital on Monday, October 8, 2018. He was born in Bronx, New York on May 29, 1958, beloved son of Irene (Stoneham) Watson of Brookfield, and the late John Watson.
Christopher worked as a bank executive for Immigrant Savings Bank throughout the five boroughs of New York City. He was a lifelong fan of the New York Yankees and enjoyed traveling, especially New Hampshire vacations with his brother.
He was a devoted son, brother and uncle who will be remembered for having a high spirited energy, and always being full of life and fun.
In addition to his cherished mother, Irene, with whom he made his home, he will be sadly missed by his brother, John Watson; and his niece, Sarah Leon.
He was predeceased by his sister, Jane Watson, and his nephew, John Leon.
Funeral Services will be held at the Brookfield Funeral Home, 786 Federal Road, Brookfield, on Monday, October 15th at 11:30 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery, Danbury. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday morning between the hours of 10:30-11:30 a.m.
