Leon R. Henry of Tamaha, Oklahoma was born September 30, 1921 in Tamaha, Oklahoma to B. F. “Frank” and Emma Ossa (White) Henry and passed away October 10, 2018 in Greenwood, Arkansas at the age of 97.

Four grandchildren:
Kevin Jones and wife, Billie, of Stigler, OK; Chris Jones of Cameron, OK; Katie Herr of Poteau, OK; Karen Lockwood and husband, Steve, of Hoyt, OK
Five great-grandchildren:
Connor Burge of Stigler, OK; Hallei Burge of Fort Smith, AR; Malin Lockwood of Hoyt, OK; Matthew Jones of Cameron, OK; Melody Jones of Cameron, OK
Leon was preceded in death by his wife, Florence Henry; one sister, Kathleen Jetton; three brothers, Claud, Ray, and Bennie Henry; and his parents.
Funeral Services will be 2 pm Monday, October 15, 2018 at Mallory Chapel - Stigler with Minister Denny Ledford officiating. Burial will follow in Tamaha Cemetery under the direction of the Mallory-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory in Stigler, Oklahoma.
