Virginia R. McClure, 92 of Richmond died Saturday October 6, 2018 at Arbor Trace after a long illness. She was born in Richmond on April 7, 1926 to Clarence and Helen Miller Zeyen. Virginia was blessed with 56 years of marriage to Charles K. McClure I until his passing December 20, 2001. She graduated from Richmond High School and was a member of St. Andrews Catholic Church, YMI Aux and Knights of St. John Aux.
Survivors include her son Charles K McClure II of Liberty; daughter Carol (Marv) Stough of Richmond; son-in-law Steve Foust; brother Jack Zeyen of Canada; grandchildren Christine (Chuck) Singleton, Carol Ann (Doug) Cottongim, Norman (Christie) McClure, Tammy (Jody) Hornung, Brandon (Renee) McClure, Angela Balthis, Laura (Mike) Perseponko, Leilani (Terry) McClure-Coldiron, Dewey (Brittany) Balthis and Lindsay (Andy) Palmer; 25 great grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren with one more on the way; very dear and close friend Camille Gatzek and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter Cheryl Foust and Daughter-in-law Gloria McClure. Her sisters Rosemary McGill and Joan Maze are also deceased.
Liturgy of Christian burial will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday (October 13, 2018) at St. Andrew Church. Father John Luerman will officiate. Entombment will follow at Earlham Mausoleum.
