Cheryl Lynn Hinthorne, 70, of Mayo, Florida, passed away Saturday (Oct. 6, 2018) in Mayo, Florida.
Cheryl was born Sept. 22, 1948 in Washington, Illinois to Evelyn Bridges Brunson.
Cheryl was a member of the Sandy Toes Red Hat Society of Perry, Florida. She worked for Illinois State University in food service for 24 years.
She married James Hinthorne on Sept. 23, 1966 until 2009.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her mother, Evelyn Bridges; one son, Scott Hinthorne and her brother, Tim Kiesewetter.
She is survived by her sons, Chad Hinthorne and Kurt Hinthorne; granddaughter, Jessica Hinthorne; grandsons, Parker and Austin Hinthorne; her significant other, Gary Weitzel; her sister, Susan Buehler and brother, Donald Brunson.
