He was the son of Charles and Emma (Buffenbarger) Frank. On Oct 9, 1966, he married Helen L. Eber, who preceded him in death.
Surviving are a daughter, Tina (David) Dobner, Lima; two sisters: Nancy Kershner, Monroe, IN, and Patty (Larry) Myer, Decatur, IN; and two grandsons.
Deceased are two sisters, Ilo Cline and Susie Osborne.
Owner/operator of Kenneths Beauty Salon for 48 years, he never knew a stranger and was loved and enjoyed by all who knew him. He was a true icon of the Lima Community and will be sadly missed. His warm smile and sense of humor brightened many lives.
