Mrs. Kratzenstein is survived by a son, Carl Kratzenstein Jr., a Santa Cruz pharmacist; a daughter, Mrs. Ray A. Macaulay of Santa Cruz; a brother T. V. Matthews; three grandsons, R. A. Macaulay Jr., of Seattle, Lt. Cmdr. Lee Macaulay of Alameda and Malcolm Macaulay, a teacher in the Bay View school in Santa Cruz; three granddaughters, Betty, Mary and Nancy Kratzenstein, all of Santa Cruz, and six great-grandchildren. She was a charter member of the Elks Ladies. Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow at 2 p. m. by the Wessendorf Mortuary.
