He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Sonya Neff; daughter: Jennifer Neff, who was his pride and joy; grandson and best buddy in the whole world: Nicholas Bradley; brothers: Gary Neff and Troy “Millie” Cheatham; sister: Nancy “Kyle” Rowland; brothers-in-law: Scott Whitehead and Shannon Whitehead; sister-in-law: Sandra Vaughn; several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Rufus and Mae Neff; brothers: Sam Cheatham, Tom Cheatham, Jack Cheatham; sister: June Cheatham; grandmother: Effie Cheatham; beloved nieces: Ashley Vaughn and Carrie Neff; father-in-law: Ollie Lee Whitehead.
A private memorial service will be held.
