John Lee (Sr. ?) received this same land from land from Martha Middleton on February 2, 1789. The deed stated that this was his "father" but it is a possiblity (due to the date) that this was his grandfather. .
His father, John Lee (Jr.) on January 3, 1820 granted to John Deer, twenty-five acres in Buck Swamp (Deed Book: I p.371).
