She was born Oct. 5, 1955, in Ladysmith to Robert and Lillian Stout.
Vicki will be sorely missed by her family and friends. She was a very kind-hearted person, helping anyone who needed it. Vicki became an "adopted" mother to all children in her life.
She was a collector of dolphins, and loved all animals.
Vicki was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 24 years, Raymond; her father, Robert Stout; her sister, Barbara Lawrence; her sister-in-law Paula Stout; and a great-nephew, Va Thao.
Survivors include two children, Amie (Chris) Powell and Tomas Jackson; three granddaughters, Cara Kasiewicz, Audrey Powell and Chloe Powell; mother, Lillian Rimert (Ariz.); Robert (Donna) Stout; Jimmie Stout; Bonnie (Mel) Bryant; Tom Stout; Jack Stout; Dottie (Troy) Luce; Roxanne Pogue; Kenneth Stout; Ricky (Pam) Warner; Randy (Missy) Warner; Teena (Pat) Marucha; Don (Angie) Warner. She has many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and -nephews. She also has a special aunt, Lila, and many other aunts and uncles.
