Timothy Everette Booker, better known as Timmy, the third child of Morris Booker and the late Carolyn Abernathy Booker was born on Oct. 9, 1972 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia. He transitioned from this life, suddenly, on Monday, Oct. 8, 2018 at Southern Regional Medical Center in Lawrenceburg.

He was educated in the Maury County School system and graduated from Central High School in Columbia. He also attended Wilson Community College in Wilson North Carolina where he received his associate degree in electrical engineering.

Timmy obeyed the gospel call and was baptized into Christ at the Carmack Blvd church of Christ under the tutelage of Ervin Denkins on January 26, 1992.

Timmy was united in holy matrimony on Aug. 7, 2015 to Victoria Dawn Staggs in Gatlinburg. They were together for six years prior to being married.

Timmy loved sports, especially football and was a diehard Dallas Cowboy fan. He was the grill master and loved having his family over for a barbecue on any given occasion. He was a family man and loved his children and grandchildren who were his world. A loyal friend, the life of the party and Timmy made everyone laugh that he came in contact with. His word was his bond. We will truly miss that big beautiful smile from as he says the most “handsomest” man in America.

He leaves to cherish his memories a loving and devoted wife, Victoria “Vicky” Booker; daughter Brianne Booker (Lance Arbuckle) of Pulaski; three grandchildren, Kaionna Booker, Jayce Townsend and Brylon Arbuckle all of Pulaski; stepchildren, Brooklynn Gordon, Gregory Isiah Gordon, Joshua Gordon and Bethany Gordon of Lawrenceburg; step-grandchildren, Camilla Marie and Ella Rose Gordon of Lawrenceburg; father, Morris “Jack” Booker of Columbia; brothers: Darrell (Crystal) Booker, Rodney Booker and Daniel (Angela) Booker all of Columbia; sister-in-law, Patricia Hagood of Panama, FL; brothers-in-law, Wade (Hayley) Hagood and Chris (Amy) Hagood of Lawrenceburg; mother-in-law Teresa Staggs of Panama, FL. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be Friday from 6- 7 at Baxter Bros Funeral Home and Saturday 12- 1 at Carmack Blvd Church of Christ with funeral to follow at 1 p.m. Burial Pinecrest Memorial Gardens. Baxter Bros is assisting family with arrangements.
