Lennis Ray Ainsworth of Waller, Texas passed away Tuesday, October 9th at his home with his family by his side.

Lennis was born in Kilbourne, Louisiana and came to Texas while working on a pipeline. He was also a welder and a superintendent in the steel building construction industry. Lennis spent most of his time with his family and grandchildren. He had so much patience with his grandsons which was a virtue. He was always there to help whoever needed it. Whether it be a neighbor or family member. But the one he spent his life for was his wife Patsy. Whatever Patsy wanted he would make it happen. He loved animals, especially his dog Roger. Lennis was a Christian man and looked forward to meeting his heavenly Father.

Lennis is preceded in death by his Father, John D. Ainsworth and Mother, Willie Guss Ainsworth.

He is survived by his wife Patsy Ainsworth; Son, Bobby Cotton and wife Sherry; Daughter; Shelia and husband Jerry Hawthorne.

Grandchildren: Brandon Cotton and wife Tracey; Heath Cotton and wife Mindy; John Winne; Kyle Winne and wife Kenzie.

Eight great-grandchildren: Ashton, Kayla, Blake, Colby, Chloe, Gabi, Kayden and Kameron.

Brothers: Larry Ainsworth and wife Carolyn; Jerry Ainsworth and wife Marla; Brian Ainsworth.

Sisters: Gay Bush; Joyce Pace and husband Buddy; Karen Thomas and husband Rowdy

Sister-in-laws: Rita Baack; Thelma Smith; Lottie Bertani

Numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
