Ruth Bush, Virden, age 90, of McAlester, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, October 8, 2018 at her residence.
Ruth was born in Blocker, Oklahoma on August 18, 1928, a daughter of the late Mattie E. (McGuee) and Guy E. Waldrop.
She was employed as a sales manager at Sears in McAlester for 30 years.
Ruth was a member of First Baptist Church, of McAlester, Oklahoma. And she was a member of Eastern Star, McAlester chapter.
Ruth is survived by:
Daughters: Kathleen E. Harvey & Karim Khorasanchian, of McAlester, Oklahoma;
Kimberly A. Harvey, of Stigler, Oklahoma;
Karla M. Rowell, of McAlester, Oklahoma.
Step Son: Mark & Mary Virden, of Flint, Texas.
Several nieces & nephews.
She is also survived by Grandchildren: Stephanie L. Wagnon & Johnny, Regina J. Haskins, Sabrina N. Needham & Rodney, Stacie D. Herod & Matt, Tuesday L. Rowell.

Ruth is preceded in death by her parents, husbands, brothers, Vester Waldrop, JR Waldrop, Bill Waldrop, Bob Waldrop, Vernon Waldrop and sisters, Ruby Davenport and Pat Norris.
.Service at First Baptist Church, McAlester, Oklahoma, at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 with Rev. Randy Waldrop officiating. Interment to follow at the Featherston Cemetery, of Featherston, Oklahoma.
