Macon, GA- Kimberly Shaye Faulkner, 40, passed away on Tuesday, October 9, 2018. A Celebration of her Life will be held on Friday, October 12 at 2:00 p.m. at Ingleside Baptist Church with Dr. Tim McCoy officiating. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. at the church. Burial will held at Riverside Cemetery, North Gate following the service. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Pine Pointe Hospice, 6261 Peake Rd, Macon, GA 31210.
Kimberly was born in Macon on September 17, 1978. She was preceded in death by her father Gary A. Faulkner. Kimberly was a University of Georgia graduate and the owner of Designs by Kimberly S. Faulkner. She was an active member of Ingleside Baptist Church. Kimberly was the set designer for Vacation Bible School and a 3-K teacher for 5 years. Kimberly adored all children, but first in her heart were her niece, Langley Anne; and her nephews, Grey, Gibbs and Banks whom she loved. KK, as she was lovingly called, was adored by every child she came in contact with. Kimberly was a former member of the Junior League of Macon. She also enjoyed playing cards and board games.
Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Marla Cole (Barry); brothers, Dre Faulkner (Kimberly); Tyler Faulkner (Hannah); Trent Faulkner; nephew, Grey Faulkner; niece, Langley Anne Faulkner; nephews, Gibbs and Banks Faulkner; aunts and uncles, Nancy Raines (Bill); Major Wyne Hutchings III (Catherine); cousins, Amber Raines, Nathan Hutchings, William Raines, Rachel Hutchings; and special friend Jason Westmoreland, Travelers Rest, SC.
