Topisaw Baptist Church, with burial at the church cemetery. Visitation is from 5:00-8:00 p.m.,
Wednesday, October 10, also at Topisaw. Rev. David Moree officiating.
Mr. Clyde Thomas Reeves, Sr., 66, of Bogue Chitto, passed away October 8, 2018, at his residence.
He was born May 31, 1952 to James Henry Reeves and Eula Cora Smith Reeves. He was a Chief Engineer
with Diamond Offshore Company, working with them for 40 years and a member of Topisaw Baptist Church.
Mr. Clyde enjoyed traveling but also, and more importantly, enjoyed hosting cook outs for his family
and friends. He also served in the Shriners Organization.
He is preceded in death by his father, James Henry Reeves; grandparents, Clyde Samuel Reeves,
Pearlie Reeves, Fred Smith, Lena Smith; and one granddaughter, Braylin Case.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Rhonda Reeves; mother, Eula "Sue" Reeves; sons,
Clyde T. Reeves, "TJ", and wife, Paula, James J. Reeves, "Bubba", and wife, Lorena; daughters
Megan Runnels and husband Will and Morgan Daix; and sister, Patricia Thomasee. He is also
survived by eight grandchildren, Sawyer Reeves, Braden Case, Parker Daix, Tucker Malone,
Wyatt Runnels, Joshua Thomas, Shyann Reeves and one on the way; nephews, Calvin Thomasee,
Kevin Thomasee; nieces, Danielle Reed, Laylea and Starleigh Wallace and a host of great nieces and
