She was a graduate of Ensley High School and retired from South Central Bell. Edna "Boo" owned and operated The Beachcomber in Gulf Shores for many years.
Preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Bessie Snider. Her husband Fox Henderson, brother; Clayton Snider, sister; Gay Snider Stewart.
She is survived by her sisters, Marie Hurst McCranie of Huntsville, Helen Snider Webb, Nellie Snider Alexander both of Gulf Shores, Kathryn Wood of Hanceville, AL, four step-sons; Edward, Stephen, Charles and Randal Henderson, several nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley, Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 11am. The family will receive friends from 9am until time of service. Interment will follow at Miller Memorial Cemetery.
