Steven K. Neal was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Jackson Neal; sister, Nancy. Steven is survived by his parents, Mary Grace Watson and James Milton Watson; his siblings, Michael, Kim, Roger, Dena, Jamie and Jeannie Turner; his three daughters, Sarah Neal, of Cocoa Beach, Florida, Jessica Neal, of Washington State, and Kenna Neal, of Fairfield, California.
Steven served in the United States Army and later worked as an X-ray technician in the oil and gas industry. Steven was an active member of N.A. in the Napa Solano, California area. He was active in his community. Steven touched hundreds of lives with his guidance and willingness to help others achieve their goals of overcoming addiction. That is where he found his true calling helping others. Steven had a love for baseball and football he was a true 49ers and Giants fan!
A private family service will be held on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at 10 am. The family has asked in lieu of flowers that donation be made on his behalf to any organization or charity that helps support Cancer Research and Drug and Alcohol addiction. Steve K. Neal’s memory will live on in the hearts of all that knew him.
