Robert graduated from Middletown High School in 1964 and moved to Florida in 1989. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert A. Francois and Elsie M. (Coleman) Francois Emerson Wood, as well as his grandparents Robert E. and Adella (Conaway) Francois and Romie B. and Elsie (Blade) Coleman.
