A funeral for Rob D. Saurman of Clackamas will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in Riverview Abbey Funeral Home. Entombment will be in Riverview Abbey Mausoleum.
Mr. Saurman died of cancer Wednesday in a Portland hospital at the age of 34.
He was born on Nov. 9, 1956, in Portland and had been a lifelong resident of the Portland area. He was a 1974 graduate of Milwaukie High School. At the time of his death, Mr. Saurman had been a sheet metal worker at Brod & McClung-Pace Co. for the past 16 years.
Survivors include his wife, Karren, daughter, Chelsea; son, Rob Jr., all of Clackamas; mother, Audrey Andrews of Milwaukie; sister, Debbie Allen of Vancouver, Wash.; and grandmother, Mathilda Cleveland of Milwaukie.
The family suggests remembrances be contributions to the Providence Medical Center Foundation.
