He was an employee of the Clay County (Tenn.) Highway Department.
Born in Gainesboro, Tenn. on Aug. 8, 1961, he was a son of the late Richard and Dimple Irene (Boles) McWhorter.
Survivors include two sisters, Lori Moss, Celina, and Lisa Paul, Hilham, Tenn.; a brother, Greg Boles, Gainesboro; a special aunt, Maxine Boles, Celina; and 12 nieces and nephews.
A sister, Sally Crabtree, preceded him in death.
Serving as pallbearers were Clark Dillon, Dan Crabtree, Billy Ray and Jimmy Boles, Gary Watson and Jeff Tidwell.
