Robbin L. (Tate) Phillips, age 55, passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital, Muskogee, OK.
Robbin was born November 11, 1962 in Okmulgee, OK to James A. Tate Sr., and Carol J. (Shivers) Tate.
She graduated from Okmulgee High School with the class of 1981.
She worked as a manager at Walmart for several years until her health began to fail.
Robbin answered her Master's call, August 16, 2018.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Carol J. Tate and brother, Clinton Tate
She is survived by her father, James A. Tate, Sr., children, Tenisha (Michael)Tate Clayton, Tamra (Daniel) Phillips Scroggins and Eric Phillips, her sister, Sharon (Sam) Broadus, her brothers, Kevin (Maxine) Tate, Sr., and James Tate, Jr., along with 3 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
A Home Going service is scheduled, Friday, August 31, 2018, 11:00 a.m., Conversion Ministries Church, 1330 E. Martin Luther King, Okmulgee, OK; with Interment to follow in Okmulgee Cemetery, Okmulgee, OK.

Visitation will be Thursday, 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

The family has been cared for by House of Winn Funeral Home.
