Jeffrey Russell Parker, 55, passed away on Sunday September 30, 2018 at Manor Care Nursing Home where he resided for the past several years. Jeff was born in Milwaukee to the late Russell and Geraldine (Smith) Parker. After moving to Oneida, Jeff was employed by the Oneida Tribe as a custodian, for about 10 years, he then worked at Younkers. Jeff married Mary Del la Rosa, and she preceded him in death.
Jeff had a very big heart and always showed concern for others. He was an avid Packer and Brewer fan, and enjoyed hanging with his friends.
He is survived by his sister Claudette Skaradzinski, his nieces; Shiann, Jessica, Roxanne, his nephew, great nephews, and great nieces. Further survived by his uncle; Andrew Parker, and his aunt; Leatrice Powless. He was preceded in death by his wife and parents.
Friends may call at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N. Tenth Street, De Pere from 4:00PM – 7:00PM Thursday October 4, 2018. The Oneida Hymn Singers will sing at 6:30PM followed by a prayer service at 7:00PM. Visitation will continue after 9:00AM Friday at the Church of the Holy Apostles, Oneida, until time of Mass at 10:00AM with Vicar Rodger Patience and Deacon Deborah Heckel officiating burial in the parish cemetery.
