A memorial service will be held 2:00p.m. Thursday, July 28, 2011 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery.
Mr. Loveless was born in Fairfax County, Virginia on November 1, 1931 to the late Damon Kitchen Loveless and Edith Victoria Turner Loveless. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. On December 19, 1961, he married the former Katy Lou Harris, who survives. Mr. Loveless served as an elevator mechanic with Montgomery Elevator Company. He moved to North Carolina in 1995 from Maryland.
In addition to his wife of the home, Mr. Loveless is survived by a son, Danny Byron Loveless and his wife Rose of Lothian, MD; a daughter, Brenda True and her husband Charles of Vanceboro, NC; a brother, Damon Nixon Loveless and wife Dorothy and family of Santa, Teresa, NM; six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Loveless is preceded in death by a son, Robert Damon Loveless.
