Surviving are her mother, Anna "Vicky" Peters of Edwards; father, Lynn (Paula) Peters of Norwich, Conn.; sister, Stacy Peters of Princeville; two brothers, Wesley (Freedom) Peters of Cheyenne, Wyo., and James Peters of Edwards; maternal grandfather, Herrel Baldwin of Eldorado; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother and paternal grandparents.
Julie worked as a CNA at Apostolic Christian Skylines in Peoria.
She was a member of El Vista Baptist Church in Peoria.
Funeral services and burial will be private.
