Billie Jo Bay Cook, was born on February 7, 1959 in Shattuck, Oklahoma; she was the daughter of Clarence and Beverly Ann Kuhlman Bay. Billie grew up on a dairy farm five miles south of Shattuck. She attended Shattuck schools and graduated from Shattuck High School. She was united in marriage to Richard R. Cook in October of 1976, they made their home in Shattuck. Billie and Richard moved to Woodward in the late 1987 and have lived there since. To this union three children were born, Amy, Adria, and Kris. Billie attended High Plains Vo-tech and earned her Licensed Practical Nursing certificate. She worked at the Newman Memorial Hospital and later the Woodward Hospital.

Billies family was her world, she loved her husband, children, and grandchildren. She was happiest when she was with her family.

Billie is survived by her husband Richard of the home; daughter, Amy Tune and husband Allen of Fort Supply; son, Kris Cook of Woodward; four grandchildren, Alexis Gartrell; Alyssa Gartrell; Allie Tune; and Dylan McCullough; sisters, Diane Freeman and and her family; Collen Goss and her family; Kayleen Cox; other family and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Rhonda and Cindy, a daughter Adria Phillips.
