HIGH POINT - Mrs.Treva Marie Shaffer Wade Dennis, 80, of High Point went to be with the Lord while at Westchester Manor in High Point.

Treva was born on December 23, 1931, in Guilford County, a daughter to the late James Hassell and Eva Boles Shaffer. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Bobby Dexter Dennis. She was a member of Springfield Baptist Church and a faithful Christian. She was a loving mother, sister, and grandmother. Treva will be truly missed.

She is survived by four children, Katherine Wade Long of Jamestown, Joseph Donald Wade, Jr. of West Palm Beach, FL, Courtney W. Wade and Beth Guynn of High Point, and Jason W. Wade of Colfax; a step daughter, Sandra Dennis of Trinity; a sister, Margie Harvell of High Point; three grandchildren, Joseph Tyler Long, Zachar y James Long, and Chase Wade.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, February 18th, at Floral Garden Memorial Park with Reverend Bobby Loving officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service at the Cemetery.
