Ms. Sara Bonnie Phillips, age 65, of Oxley Park Nursing Home in Lyons, died on September 18, 2018, in The Community Hospice House in Vidalia following a brief illness.
Ms. Phillips was preceded in death by her parents, Buford and Eudell Phillips, and one daughter, Jamie Todd Church.
Survivors include two sons, Tony Lin Phillips, Hardwick, and Brad Todd, St. Marys; seven grandchildren; four brothers, Ken Phillips, Vidalia, Gerry Phillips(Lisa), Vidalia, Perry Phillips(Ginger), South Carolina and Larry Phillips(Cynthia), Florida; one sister, Diane Phillips(Tina), Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., in the North Thompson Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Carroll Gay officiating.
