She is preceded in death by maternal grandparent Jimmy Dale McCallister, Sr., her paternal grandparents Charles J and Mitzi M. Carrick.
She graduated with the class of 2000 from Edison Local High School. Jamie also received her certificate from Jefferson County Joint Vocational School for Welding.
Surviving in addition to her father are two sons; ex-husband; husband; her maternal grandmother; two sisters; brother; and loving caretaker and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and friends.
Celebration of Life Service will be Wednesday October 3, 11 am to 1 pm at Simmons Ridge Chapel, Amsterdam, OH with Pastor Martin L. McCallister, Sr. officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to LifeCare Hospice 1900 Akron Rd. Wooster, OH.
Interment will be at a later date in the family plot at Simmons Ridge Cemetery, Amsterdam, OH.
