PONTOTOC - Jeff Williams, Jr., 76, passed away September 30, 2018 at NMMC-Tupelo. He was born and raised in Pontotoc, Mississippi. He attended Algoma School, and after school he joined the Navy.

After returning home he became a welder and then married the love of his life, August 4, 1967. From then on he had a passion for horses and enjoyed watching his son and granddaughter barrel race. He also drove a truck for many years; he was known as Rollin Stone! He was an active member of Hayseed Cowboy Church. He loved God, his family and his horses.

Services will be Wednesday, October 3 at 2PM at Hayseed Cowboy Church with Bro. Joey Moody officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.

Tutor Memorial Funeral Home of Pontotoc is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors: his wife of 51 years-Edna Williams of Pontotoc, MS; son-Chris Williams of Pontotoc, MS; daughter-Angela Copeland(Curtis) of Pontotoc, MS; granddaughter-Samantha Chapin(Marshall) of Pontotoc, MS; granddaughter-Joni Finley(Derick); grandson-Michael Ruth; grandson-Josh Copeland(Lauren) and 15 great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: parents-Jeff Williams, Sr. and Mary L. Williams; brother-James Williams and granddaughter-Jessica Ruth.

Pallbearers: Cole Carruth, Brady Hall, Zack Priest, Michael Delprete, Andy Ray Williams and Avery Moody.

Visitation will be Tuesday, October 2, 5-8PM at the church and Wednesday, October 3, 1PM until service time at the church.
