Mr. Frank Andrew Wheeler was born on July 18, 1952, in Dublin, Georgia, to the late Deacon A. D. Wheeler, Sr., and Mrs. Aquilla Lawrence Wheeler. He was a member of the First African Baptist Church, of Dublin, and attended Oconee High School. During his lifetime, he worked as a mechanic for Jim Hammock Pontiac Buick, the City of Dublin, and the J. C. Penny Company. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Annette Wheeler, A. D. Wheeler, Jr., and Eddie Wheeler.Mr. Wheeler entered eternal rest on September 27, 2018. The family will be receiving friends at the Dudley Funeral Home on Monday, October 1, 2018, from 6-7 PM
