He was a 2003 graduate of Courtland High School and active with the U.S. Army stationed at Walter Reed Medical Hospital.
Conner was a member of Spotswood Baptist Church and a very talented self taught musician. He sang and played with the many local musicians.
Survivors include his wife, Marline Ross; a son, Aiden O'Conner Ross, and his unborn child, Ashley; his parents, Peter and Maria Elena Ross of Spotsylvania County; a sister, Jennifer Pellegreen and her husband, Jerry, of Fredericksburg; two brothers, Joshua Ross and Devin Ross both of Spotsylvania; paternal grandparents, Bryan and Mary Jane Ross of Fairfax; a niece and nephew, Addison Grace and Benjamin Pellegreen.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, November 10 at Spotswood Baptist Church. Burial will be private.
