Gail was born in Villa Rica, Georgia on July 11, 1944, the daughter of the late Verlie Chance and Inez McCurdy Chance. She graduated from Villa Rica High School in 1962. Gail worked as an Administrative Assistant with the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce for almost thirty years. She enjoyed many hobbies to include making jewelry, arts and crafts. She loved the outdoors, gardening and especially spending time with her family. Gail was a member of Powell Chapel United Methodist Church and took great pride in composing the church bulletin.
She is survived by her children, Jenny Griffin Moore, Louisville, Tennessee, Cindy Griffin Cole, Villa Rica, Georgia and Robby Robison, Bremen, Georgia; father of her chidren, Jimmy Griffin, and extended generations.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Robison on November 27, 2015 and her sister, Ruth Hall on October 8, 2011.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 from 6:00 until 8:00p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Thomas Long officiating.
Interment will follow the service at Hillcrest Cemetery.

The last time I visited with Gail, before she was released from the hospital, she told me she was ready, if the Lord was ready for her. She was a good friend, a woman of great faith, and the rock for her family.
