Alfred J. Adamcyk, a resident of Countryside Lakes, Port Orange, FL, died at Hospice Care Center, Port Orange, FL on Monday, (February 19, 2001). He was the husband of his beloved wife, Margaret Beaton Adamcyk, who preceded him in death. Alfred was born in Ivoryton on October 22, 1907, to Wockik and Amelia (Masuk). He resided for many years in Deep River and Talcottville. He was retired from the Pratt & Whitney Aircraft in 1973 and was a member of the Pratt & Whitney 25 year service club. In younger years, Alfred was a quarantine inspector with the United States Department of Agriculture, Entomology in the New England States. He leaves a granddaughter, Dawn Lee Vostrejs, her husband Ronald E.; and a great granddaughter, Chloe Alyssa, all of Port Orange, FL. He also leaves several nieces and nephews in the New England area. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Wilmington, VT.
