Michael, age 59, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2015. He was a native of Gueydan, Louisiana and a resident of Albany, Louisiana. Michael married the love of his life, Trudy, on December 1, 1973 and they had a beautiful marriage for 41 years. He loved riding his Harley motorcycle and was known for telling great stories. Michael was strong-willed and had a big heart.
He is survived by his wife, Trudy Gaudet Hebert; daughter, Wendy Hebert Scott; and brother, Danny Hebert.
Michael is preceded in death by his parents, Newell and Adlas Hebert and brother, Gerald Hebert.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation from the chapel of Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home, Hammond, on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Visitation will continue on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Father Jamine will be officiating and interment will follow in St. Margaret Cemetery.
