Born July 24, 1951, in Warsaw, he was the son of Vernon "Red" and Gladys Frazier Baker. He was formerly married to Ella Pierce, who predeceased him. He then met and formed a long and loving relationship with Judy McNeil, who survives. Together they were raising Khrystal McNeil and Niklous Jerenko.
Paul loved being outdoors and enjoyed working many years as one of the caretakers at Allegany Cemetery. He was always lending a helping hand to others and did so with a smile. His family could always count on him for many things, including transporting them to any necessary events and appointments.
Surviving besides his longtime companion Judy, are his mother of Salamanca; his "kids," Khrystal and Niklous; a daughter, Paula Baker of Salamanca; several grandchildren; Judy's five children whom he loved as his own; one brother, Dennis (Linda) Frazier of Sandusky; five sisters, Darlene (Burt) Carpenter of Salamanca, Cynthia Nugent of Borger, Texas, Deborah (James) Scott of Franklinville, Katherine (John) Smith of Salamanca and Marcia (Rex) Bartlett of Franklinville; and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by two infant children, Victoria and Michael Baker.
