Steve Hoffman
Scottsdale - Steve passed peacefully in Scottsdale, Arizona on Sunday, September 23rd at the young age of 65. He was born in Tell City, Indiana, the fifth child of Grethel and Jacob who preceded him in death. It was apparent at a young age that he had a talent for music. This talent led him to spend many years in bands and forge lifelong friendships with his fellow musicians. He received a Pharmacy Degree at Butler University where he was also the President of the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. His TKE brothers continued to be a strong force in his life, and Blondy appreciated their lifelong support and brotherhood. Steve had a successful career as an executive with McKesson Corporation where his innovative ideas helped so many. His death will reunite him with family members he cherished: sisters MaryLou and Jane, brothers Jake and Paul, his niece Cari, and his father-in-law Doc. Steve is survived by his wife Jennifer, two children Jake and Shelby, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. He was immensely proud of both his children and the successful adults they had become. He will forever watch over them and help guide them through life's journeys. Our lives will never be the same! A visitation will be held 5:00pm - 8:00pm on Saturday, Sept. 29th at Messinger Mortuary, 7601 E. Indian School Rd., Scottsdale. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Sunday, Sept. 30th at the mortuary.
