David was born September 24, 1960 in Covington, KY to Robert Cooke and Janet Sullivan Mullikin. David graduated from Highlands High School, Fort Thomas in the class of 1978. He attended the University of Kentucky, Northern Kentucky University and Thomas More College. David loved bowling, had a perfect 300 game, and loved golf, animals and Graeters. He was preceded in death by his Father, Robert Cooke. David is survived by his Mother, Janet Cooke Mullikin, Brother, Bob (Kim) Cooke, Nephew, Kevin (Amanda) Cooke, Nieces, Aubrey (Paul) Sorrell, and Allison (Zach) Giddens, Great Niece, Harper Cooke, Loving Companion, Angela Sledge.
