Geraldine "Jeri" Gray, age 90, of Midland, passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at the North Woods Nursing Center in Farwell. She was born the daughter of John and Eda (Marzahn) Pitchford on March 15, 1921 in DeWitt Twp., Michigan. Jeri was married to William Hill and after his passing she married Robert Gray who, also, predeceased her. Jeri lived in Florida much of her life while working for the Florida Gas Company. She returned to Michigan following the destruction of Hurricane Andrew to reside at Riverside Place in Midland.

Survivors include sisters Jean Smith and Irene Morris; sister-in-law Marilyn Pitchford, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husbands, Jeri was predeceased by her parents and brothers Harrison Pitchford, Norman Pitchford and Donald Pitchford and sisters Dorothy Klockziem and Laura Kumler.

In keeping with Jeri's wishes cremation has taken place and was handled by the Farwell Chapel of Stephenson-Wyman Funeral Home
