Paul Wayne Simms, 61, of Owens Cross Roads, died Wednesday at Huntsville Hospital.
He was the son of James Simms and Bertie Dunn Simms.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Alice Simms, four sisters, Lucille Meeks, Peggy Collet, Martha Bailey and Ella Mae Mullican; and four brothers, Eugene Simms, Robert Simms, Junior Simms and Kenneth Simms.
The funeral will be at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. today with Bro. John Daniel Stapler officiating. Interment will be at Byrd Cemetery.
