Felix was saved at a young age and a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church in Birmingham, AL and in the 50's Shiloh Mission Church in Chicago. He was an active member in the Church incuding Usher, food pantry. His most recent membership at Macedonia 17th Street Baptist Church in Birmingham, AL, where he faithfully unitl his passing.
Felix served his country during World War II in the United States Navy and received the American Area Medal and Victory Medal.
